What if I do not like the free demo?
Then you owe nothing. The demo is free and there is no obligation. We only send a proposal and contract if you like what you see.
Do I sign a contract?
Yes. If you like your free demo, we send a proposal with the pages, features, price and payment terms, and we both sign a short contract before we build the full website.
What do you need from me to get started?
For the free demo, just your business name, your domain and a few lines about what you do. For the full website: your logo if you have one, the text and photos you want to use, and the pages you need. If some content is not ready, tell us and we will plan around it.
I already registered my domain. Can you use it?
Yes. That is the most common starting point for our clients. We connect the domain you already own to your new site and check that SSL is active.
Do you need access to my Wix or Shopify account?
Not at the start. We build and show you the website on our own preview link. We only need access at the end, when the finished site is ready to go live on your domain. Wix and Shopify both let us do this without you sharing your password.
Do I own my website?
Yes. When the project is paid in full, the website and the content we created for it are yours, live on your own domain and platform account.
How long does a website take?
It depends on the plan and on how quickly we receive your content. We agree on a delivery date in writing before any work starts.
Pricing and payment
When do I pay?
When your website is finished, your feedback is done and the site is live on your domain. There is no deposit. First you see a free demo, then we sign a contract, build the full site on our preview link, publish it to your domain, and then you pay the plan price.
What is included in the price?
Each plan is a one-time price for the design and build of your website, with the features listed on the Pricing page. There is no monthly fee from us unless you add a monthly service like SEO, maintenance or business email.
Are Wix, Shopify or Squarespace fees included?
No. Your platform subscription, paid apps and premium themes are billed by the platform directly to you, and so is your domain renewal if the domain is registered there. We tell you before we start if your build needs a paid app or a higher platform plan.
What if I need more pages than my plan includes?
We quote additional pages before the work starts, so the final price is always agreed up front.
Do you build custom sites in Laravel or React JS?
Yes. Custom Laravel and React JS projects are priced by quote because the scope varies a lot. Send us the details through the contact form.
What is your refund policy?
Because you pay only after you approve the finished website, there is usually nothing to refund. The full terms are on our Refund Policy page.
Platforms
Which Wix plan do I need?
You need a paid Wix plan to connect your own domain. If you want to sell online on Wix, you need a plan that supports online payments. We help you choose before the build starts.
Will my Shopify store need paid apps?
Many stores run well on Shopify's built-in features. If your store needs a paid app, for example for reviews or subscriptions, we explain why and what it costs before we install it.
After launch
Can you look after my site after launch?
Yes. Every plan includes a support period after launch. For ongoing updates and backups, ask for a Website Maintenance quote. Monthly SEO plans start at $500 a month.
