Free demo, no deposit
Your demo is free. If you do not like it, you owe nothing. We do not take a deposit at any stage. You pay the plan price when your website is live on your domain and the work in your contract is complete.
After payment
Because you review the finished website and see it live before paying, the project fee is not refundable once paid. If something we built does not work as agreed, tell us during your support period and we will fix it at no cost.
Third-party fees
Platform subscriptions, domains, apps, themes and payment processing fees are paid to those providers, not to us. Any refund for those is subject to the provider's own policy.
How to ask for a refund
Email info@webempirellc.com with your name and project details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
